The hard part is coordination, not capacity
On a project this size, buying enough equipment is the easy part. The difficulty is sequencing — delivery, installation and commissioning have to track the construction schedule of each building, and a delay in one building cannot be allowed to stall the rest. Standardizing on a smaller set of unit types kept spares simple and let crews move fast.
