Privacy Policy
This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to protect us — if something here is unclear, ask and we will explain it in plain language.
1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What we collect
When you send the inquiry form
- Your name
- Company name, if you give one
- Country or region of the project
- Email address and/or WhatsApp number — at least one is required so we can reply
- Your one-line description of what you need
- The page the form was submitted from
The form does not accept file uploads. Drawings, equipment schedules and specifications reach us only when you choose to send them by email or WhatsApp.
When you contact us by email or WhatsApp
We receive whatever you send, including any drawings or documents you attach. Those messages pass through the providers you and we use — your email provider and, for WhatsApp, Meta — under their own terms.
When you browse the site
- Your language preference is stored in your own browser (local storage). It does not leave your device.
- Aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics — page views, referring site, country/region and device type — are measured by Cloudflare Web Analytics, our hosting provider's free web analytics. They are not used to build a profile of you. This measurement runs only while its tag is active on the site; when no tag is active, no analytics request is made and no traffic data is recorded.
- If contact-event measurement is switched on, it is handled by Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which counts anonymous interaction events: a WhatsApp or email button click, and an inquiry form submitted or failed. GA4 receives only the event name, the page it happened on, the button location, and whether an email or WhatsApp contact path was used. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number, the inquiry text, drawings or IP address. GA4 is configured with IP anonymisation on.
3. Why we hold it
- To reply to your inquiry and carry out the technical selection you asked for
- To prepare a proposal and, if a project proceeds, to support the commercial and technical process
- To keep an internal record of the inquiry so that a colleague can pick it up if the first contact person is unavailable
- To understand, in aggregate, which pages and which product lines attract genuine project interest
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.
4. Who sees it
- Our own team — the export contact and the engineering and sales staff who work on your inquiry.
- Form delivery service — the inquiry form is transmitted by a third-party form-to-email service so that it reaches our inbox reliably. That service processes the submitted fields on our behalf.
- Hosting provider — the site is served by a content delivery network that processes standard request data such as IP address and user agent.
- Analytics — Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate, cookie-free traffic statistics, and Google Analytics 4 for anonymous contact-event counts, each only when its measurement is active on the site.
We do not pass your details to other manufacturers, traders or agents for their own use.
5. How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for the commercial relationship and for our internal record-keeping, then deleted or anonymised. If you ask us to delete your inquiry, we will do so unless we are required to retain it for a legal or accounting obligation.
6. Your choices
Write to kalyn6661@gmail.com and we will:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete the inquiry and your contact details on request
- stop contacting you
7. Cookies and tracking
This site does not set advertising cookies and does not run retargeting or cross-site tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice. The embedded map on the contact page loads only if you click it, so no third-party map request is made when the page opens.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to inquiry records is limited to the people who need them to answer you. No system is perfect; if you would rather not send something through a web form, email or WhatsApp are equally acceptable routes.
9. Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already sent will be noted on this page.
